FAQ — Value.Trade.Phonez

Question 1

How do you determine the value of my iPhone?

Accepted Answer

We base our offers on current market resale data, your iPhone's model, storage size, and the condition you report. We update our pricing regularly to make sure you're getting a fair, competitive offer — not a lowball number designed to benefit us.

Question 2

How long does it take to receive my offer?

Accepted Answer

Most offers are sent within 24 hours of your submission. In many cases it's faster. Once you submit your trade-in details, we review everything and send your offer directly to your email.

Question 3

Is the offer final, or can it change after inspection?

Accepted Answer

The offer we send is based on the condition you report. If the device arrives in the condition described, the offer stands. If there are undisclosed issues — like a cracked screen you didn't mention — we'll revise the offer before proceeding. You're never locked in.

Question 4

Do I have to accept the offer?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Getting an offer is completely free and carries zero obligation. If you don't love the number, just let us know and we will try our best to make a number that you love.

Question 7

Does my iPhone need to be unlocked?

Accepted Answer

Carrier-unlocked iPhones typically receive higher offers, but we do accept carrier-locked devices as well. Make sure to note this when submitting your trade-in so we can factor it into your offer.

What if my iPhone is iCloud locked?
